Reimagining how individuals & commercial businesses build their Saunas & Spa Zones with Spa Prof.

Spa Prof has spent over 25 years designing and building saunas and spa zones for private homes, boutique hotels, and large wellness complexes. Our role was to distill that legacy into a brand and website that felt timeless, premium, and effortless to navigate. We stripped away anything unnecessary, letting confident design, refined typography, and immersive project photography do the talking.
The result was a clear, elegant identity and a focused website that guided visitors from inspiration to action in just a few steps. Alongside the redesign, we refreshed and enhanced Spa Prof’s visuals, creating a library of high-quality imagery and ad-ready assets that extended the brand’s presence well beyond the website.

A Digital Identity leading to opening 15+ Kebabetrias and a memorable brand.

Kebaboom, one of the ventures from Michelin restaurateur Andrei Lesment, grew to 15+ locations across Estonia with a brand and digital presence shaped by Designform. Building on our previous collaborations, we refined the visual language, established bold brand colours, and introduced playful signature sayings that became central to Kebaboom’s personality, instantly recognisable across packaging, marketing, and social media.
Designform designed a minimal yet dynamic website that balanced Swiss Design structure with bold visuals, vibrant colours, and interactive touches. The result was a confident, memorable identity and online experience that brought the menu to life and helped fuel Kebaboom’s rapid expansion.

A pancake café built from name to brand to every detail in between.

Holy! Crepe started as a blank-page project, with Designform creating everything from the name to the brand identity and tone of voice. The playful yet confident name set the stage for a fresh, distinctive identity built around bold sayings, clean typography, and character-led illustrations, all designed to be instantly recognisable across every touchpoint.
From t-shirts and stickers to packaging, menus, and in-store screens, every detail was crafted to feel part of the same experience. The result was a brand that not only stood out visually but also carried a personality customers connected with, making Holy! Crepe a memorable destination from day one.

Refining UX and design for a smoother shopping experience for the leading European retailer for Sauna Products

Saunainter, one of Europe’s leading sauna product retailers, brought us in to refine their nearly finished e-commerce redesign before launch. We focused on removing friction in the buying journey, prioritising improvements that could make an immediate impact without delaying the timeline.
By streamlining navigation, simplifying checkout, and introducing natural upsell opportunities, Designform created a faster, more intuitive shopping experience, helping customers move from discovery to purchase with confidence and ease.

Transforming B2B Supply ordering Chaos in Hospitality

I joined Biteful as a founding designer, leading product discovery, customer research, product design, and fundraising. Over the lifetime, Biteful onboarded more than 500+ businesses across the Baltics, moving over 100,000+ hospitality supply orders to the 500+ suppliers in the region. Several market-leading suppliers joined the platform to automate their order processing and standardize how orders arrive.
Biteful consisted of three core platforms that worked together: (1) Unified Ordering for restaurants (place all supplier orders in one place), (2) a Supplier Hub (catalog, customers, and order operations), and (3) Supplier B2B Pages (a webstore so restaurants could order without joining Biteful). My focus was to design for all kinds of users in hospitality.

Unified ordering
We started with Unified Ordering to fix the daily chaos of fragmented message threads, Excels, emails and phone calls. With Unified Ordering, restaurants could place orders to all of their suppliers from one interface, whether the suppliers had already joined Biteful or not. Non-joined suppliers received structured order emails; onboarded suppliers received orders inside the Supplier Hub or directly into their ERPs.
More than 500+ venues used Unified Ordering to place over 100,000+ orders, and the teams consistently praised the simplicity and the ability to delegate ordering.
Suppliers hub
The Supplier Hub’s job was made to automate order processing and make day-to-day ops predictable by managing products and pricing, track customers, review and confirm orders. Suppliers could optionally integrate their ERPs for automated order processing.
A Kanban-style customers view made it simple to spot which venues had slowed down so sales could re-engage proactively, helping reps focus attention where it mattered, instead of digging through spreadsheets and inboxes.
Suppliers B2B pages
Supplier B2B Pages were intentionally e-commerce-simple with familiar B2C patterns, without the payment, because in B2B, payment and delivery terms are usually confidential and handled off-platform. We focused on making the whole getting started and user journey to first order as simple as humanly possible.
In later phases, we added smart upsell reminders, nudging buyers about items they ordered last time but hadn’t added today. This proved successful, increasing basket size and reducing accidental stockouts.
Marketing & website design
Beyond product, I designed and ran ad campaigns across the Nordics and built Biteful’s website and branding. The goal was to explain the three-platform model, show the operational gains for both sides of the marketplace, and make getting started feel effortless while standing out in crowded hospitality space.
